Qualifications

• 6 months+ automotive repair training or related field.
• 3–5 years of automotive repair experience.
• Equivalency of training/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, repairs, services, and maintains heavy and light duty vehicles and equipment; determines need for repair or replacement of components; replaces tires; performs specialty equipment repair work.
• May serve as lead worker assigning work and monitoring completion.
• Performs preventative maintenance and maintains maintenance schedules; tests and inspects work for quality.
• Generates and tracks work orders; documents labor and supplies used; coordinates with customers.
