Rihm Family Companies in Winona, MN is seeking an Experienced Diesel Technician to service Kenworth, Peterbilt, International, Freightliner and other vocational trucks.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage, benefits package including PTO, health coverage, 401(k) with employer match, and company-paid training.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of fleet or dealership experience, and own tools; ASE/CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years Fleet or Dealership experience.
• Possess own tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical services to vehicles and equipment.
• Reads job orders and observes vehicles in operation to resolve malfunctions.
• Follows checklists to ensure all critical parts are examined.
• Coordinates with warranty administrator to ensure maximum profit recapture, including answering questions after repair and tagging warranty parts for return.
• Adheres to manufacturer's policies and procedures as they relate to labor operations, time, and repair order documentation.
• Maintains designated workspace in an organized and clean manner.
• Completes all work according to applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
• Test drives vehicles to verify issues are fixed and communicates results to customers.
