Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Mechanic to repair and maintain engines and diesel engines powering our fleet trucks, tractors, and tankers. The role requires DOT compliance knowledge and the ability to work in both office and shop environments with potential exposure to dust and chemicals.

Responsibilities include inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems, as well as safety checks and DOT reporting.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
• Clean driving record, no DUIs in the last 5 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without accommodations.
• Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented while being an effective team player.
• Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Performs annual inspections on trucks, trailers, and pickups.
• Performs repairs and preventive maintenance services.
• Inspects and repairs electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment.
• Performs all DOT inspections for fleet safety and roadworthiness.
• Uses vehicle computer electronics to diagnose failure modes and guide repairs.
• Estimates repair times and requisitions parts.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of work area and follows safety procedures.
• Completes paperwork documenting parts usage and repair times.
