Im-Trucking is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Colorado. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair diesel engines for delivery vehicles, following dealership standards.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, experience with Freightliner and Ford vehicles, and a commitment to customer service. Valid driver's license required and safety protocols followed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service and repair.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics tools and techniques.
• Experience with diesel engine repair is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with FREIGHTLINER AND FORD vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct diesel engine repairs and maintain various vehicle components.
• Work on BREAD TRUCK vehicles, following dealership standards and practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in auto body repair as needed to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning.
• Establish a schedule for preventative maintenance of the trucks.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology certifications advantageous
