Select Water Solutions in Colorado is seeking a Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and rebuild diesel equipment both on site and in the field. You will perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and record-keeping to ensure safe operation of the transport fleet.

Responsibilities include major repair scheduling, keeping the shop and field tools calibrated, and open communication with management on repair status. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and cost-conscious maintenance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to drive a company vehicle.
• Heavy duty truck mechanic experience.
• Diagnosing & Repairing Diesel Exhaust Aftertreatment systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, diesel engine problems, hydraulics and pumps.
• Experience on tractor trailers.
• Basic welding skills.
• Understand safety procedures and precautions.
• Intermediate knowledge of computer/laptop.
• Oil & gas industry knowledge preferred.
• Travel to off-site locations for repairs.
• Ability to use battery and charging system test equipment.
• Certificates, Licenses and Registrations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and rebuild equipment on/off-site.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule and oversee major repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
