Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive service and repair, with a focus on vehicle maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics tools and techniques.
• Experience with diesel engine repair is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with FREIGHTLINER AND FORD vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant automotive technology certifications are advantageous.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair issues related to automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Conduct diesel engine repairs and maintain various vehicle components.
• Work on BREAD TRUCK vehicles, following dealership standards and practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their vehicle's needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in auto body repair as needed to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous learning.
• Establish a schedule for preventative maintenance of the trucks.
• Maintain the preventative schedule.
• Daily walk-through of vehicles and eyeballing for issues
• Repairing all one-off issues as they arise
• Being available for emergencies when they occur during the day.
• Detaling all maintenance in the Telegram Chat
• Recording all purchases on the WhatsApp Chat
• Staying on top of the inventory of parts and materials.
• Inventory of Gas Cars, Scanners, Ipads, and Cameras as needed
• Support Scott with overall organization during downtime, which includes, but is not limited to
• Purchasing supplies
• Writing up people who do not clean their truck
• Organizing the storage unit when needed
• Dropping off empty trucks to drivers during the day and bringing back trucks with packages to the depot
• Discussing renting an RV or a similar storage unit as needed for repairs
