A. Duie Pyle, Inc. is seeking a Field Trainer, Support Specialist to provide hands-on training across our Fleet Maintenance Facilities in the Northeast. This role requires 50% travel to deliver diagnostic training and support to technician teams.

The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of class 8 tractor maintenance, 5+ years of fleet experience, and excellent communication skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a fleet maintenance environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Possession of tools required for Class 8 repairs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Fleet Maintenance Facilities to provide training and support.
• Conduct training sessions and ensure material retention.
• Create metrics to measure training effectiveness.
