Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Clerk in Orlando to support daily data entry and office processing. The role involves working inside, handling computer-based tasks, maintaining local files, and communicating effectively by phone and in writing.

You will report to the Maintenance Manager or Pool Fleet Manager and contribute to the department by ensuring accuracy, timely record-keeping, and coordinated collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of office experience preferred.
• Experience with computers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and enter information into computer systems.
• Handle filing, mail, and directing telephone calls.
• Compile and maintain local paperwork including reports and vehicle data.
• Process receivables, generate or submit purchase orders and invoices.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
