Job summary

Penske is seeking a dedicated associate at our Corporate Campus in Reading, PA to serve as a frontline resource for customer and field operations. You will become a subject matter expert on operating tax requirements, International Registration Plan, and IFTA, while supporting analytics and cross-department inquiries to enhance the customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with a willingness to travel when needed and maintain up-to-date

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of customer service experience required.
• 2 years in a Legalization role or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of Operational Tax, IRP, IFTA preferred.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of AS400 preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication / presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer operating tax accounts and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist customers with operating tax filings and credentialing changes; respond timely to questions.
• Guide customers on legalization requirements including IRP and IFTA.
• Support data analytics efforts and establish process controls.
• Stay current on state and federal operating regulations and credentialing changes.
• Ensure customers meet record keeping and filing requirements.
• Participate in other projects as assigned by the supervisor.
