Cox Fleet is seeking a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support growth and delivery of on-site mobile fleet maintenance services. The role focuses on dispatching, scheduling, and coordinating with field operations to ensure timely maintenance and high-quality customer service.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Cox Fleet IT systems and Excel. Wage ranges from $18.17 to $27.31 per hour, with potential incentive programs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3 years related experience, or higher degree with up to 1 year experience, or 5 years related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to repair custody.
• Document and note customer interactions in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Build positive rapport with customers and team members.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to maintain a steady workload for technicians.
• Develop and improve Dispatching and Service Scheduling capabilities.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Cox Fleet is currently hiring a Fleet Services Coordinator II to support the growth of the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing the follow up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in control/custody of the repair technician
• Timely and accurate documentation and notation in all Cox Fleet systems regarding each customer contact
• Providing excellent customer service for all internal and external customer calls
• Be professional and establish positive customer rapport
• Obtain customers approval for all repairs and services to be performed
• Proactively contact customers to schedule preventative maintenance at regular intervals, driving repeat business
• Partner and communicate consistently with Field Operations to schedule the right technicians to accounts, resulting in a positive customer experience
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs and maintenance in advance, creating a consistent pipeline of work for each supported technician
• Continuously develop and improve company capabilities in Dispatching and Service Scheduling
• Additional duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and up to 1 year of experience; or 5 years' experience in a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record to collaborate cross-functionally, build positive relationships and become a trusted partner to relevant cross functional partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance a variety of tasks.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills, and the ability to learn new platforms (such as Cox Fleet IT Systems, including Web Wrench, MobileFrame, RO Writer)
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry; experience with fleet maintenance or other transportation experience in automotive/trucking would be very helpful.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

USD 18.17 - 27.31 per hour

Compensation

Hourly pay rate is in the range of $18.17 - $27.31/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits

• Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of 6.67 hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
• Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
