Job Summary

The Fleet Driver is responsible for checking products for quality, accuracy, and delivering them safely, courteously, and promptly. You'll work as part of a team, supporting restaurant operations, and adhering to uniform, appearance, and operational standards as outlined in our manuals and in compliance with laws.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare vehicles, learn delivery routes, check orders, follow delivery procedures, and provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. Assist with workstation duties like making products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders.
2. Work collaboratively with team members, support each other, and complete all shift duties including cleaning. Maintain a professional appearance and contribute to a positive team environment.
3. Handle order paperwork, payments, and cash management using the FOCUS System. Promote sales through suggestive selling and distribute promotional materials. Keep work areas safe, organized, and clean, complying with safety standards.
