Job summary

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience and ability to diagnose faults in buses and heavy equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read service manuals and interpret diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled preventative maintenance on district vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct annual bus inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and enter records of work performed and parts used; generate reports as needed.
• Respond to service breakdowns and work orders; perform repairs and diagnostics.
• Assist leadership with maintenance programs and training others.
