Job summary

Parker & Sons seeks an Automotive Fleet Technician in the Phoenix area. You will inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair a fleet of vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and performance.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on automotive experience and ASE A-Series certifications are required, along with strong safety and quality focus. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, accurate diagnostics, and keeping detailed service records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive technician experience, preferably with fleet vehicles.
• Current A-Series ASE certifications required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on fleet vehicles.
• Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues and determine solutions.
• Maintain detailed service and repair records for each vehicle in the fleet.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Utilize personal tools and equipment to complete work effectively.
• Collaborate with technicians and fleet supervisors to prioritize repairs.
• Conduct road tests to ensure proper operation and safety of vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work on-call duty as needed.
