Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics: Use computerized scanners to identify engine, transmission, electrical and steering problems.
• Maintenance: Change oil, rotate tires, check fluids, and service brakes.
• Repairs: Replace worn or defective parts such as pads, belts, sensors, and shocks.
• Testing: Take test drives or use equipment to verify repairs.
• Documentation: Log parts used and services for shop records.
• Communication: Explain issues and options clearly to customers.
