NAPA is seeking a parts specialist to provide and source parts for fleet customers, leveraging extensive parts knowledge to assist team members and answer customer questions.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, engage with management and technicians, and bring energy in a fast-paced environment while asking precise questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical or Trade school courses or degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Ability to work around an airport environment in a shop.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Assist other team members and answer customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
