NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide and source automotive parts for fleet customers and internal teammates. You will answer questions, guide customers, and ensure accurate parts identification and availability.

The role offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced environment at our Indiana location. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and experience in a parts store or automotive industry or a willingness to learn all things

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive parts and familiarity with parts cataloging is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the team and company.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for fleet customers and teammates.
• Assist customers with parts questions and procure requested items.
• Inform customers on parts availability and lead times.
• Support team in inventory management and order processing.
