Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Fleet Operations Associate in Philadelphia to keep Zipcar vehicles clean, maintained, and ready for members. You will move cars around the city, assist with basic upkeep, and coordinate towing or repairs as needed.

This role requires strong time management, clear communication with the operations team, and a willingness to work outdoors for 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required.

As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will work all around the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure cars are clean, maintained and transport them to where they need to be for our Zipcar members. You'll zip around by foot, bike, public transit or use a Zipcar to ensure our vehicles are 'member-ready' – this might mean changing a tire, filling the gas tank, cleaning, or helping to coordinate a tow or repair.
