Job summary

Avis Budget Group, home to Zipcar, is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate to help keep vehicles clean, maintained, and ready for Zipcar members around the city. You may travel by foot, bike, or Zipcar to reach vehicles and coordinate routine maintenance or towing/repair needs.

The role emphasizes strong time management, clear communication with the operations team, and flexibility to work a 40-hour schedule including weekends and holidays.

As a Fleet Operations Associate, you will work all around the city as part of our Fleet Operations Team to ensure cars are clean, maintained and transport them to where they need to be for our Zipcar members. You’ll zip around by foot, bike, public transit or use a Zipcar to ensure our vehicles are ‘member‑ready’ – this might mean changing a tire, filling the gas tank, cleaning, or helping to coordinate a tow or repair.
