Whip, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Associate to manage our rideshare vehicle fleet and ensure drivers stay on the road in Glen Burnie, MD. You will maintain vehicle readiness, coordinate logistics, and support day-to-day fleet operations to keep cars clean, well-maintained, and ready for drivers.
Responsibilities include vehicle checks, routine maintenance, inventory tracking, and close collaboration with service and operations teams to optimize fleet availability and performance.
DriveWhip is a mobility provider in the Washington, DC area, with offices in multiple cities, including Glen Burnie, that Leases/Rents vehicles to Uber, Lyft and other On-Demand or Rideshare drivers. As a ground floor member of an exciting new company all associates will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities. An appreciation for the pros and cons of start up culture is a must.

As a Fleet Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining vehicle readiness, coordinating logistics, and supporting day-to-day fleet operations. You’ll help ensure that cars are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for our drivers — keeping everything organized and efficient.
Salary: $18 - $25 per hour; depending on experience.
