Job summary

ITS Logistics is hiring an Asset Maintenance Manager to own the asset lifecycle for the Class 8 fleet, focusing on trailer utilization, maintenance oversight, compliance, and cost control. You will collaborate with operations, maintenance, and vendors to maximize uptime and residual value.

The role requires coordinating with customers, OEMs, dealers, leasing companies, and terminal partners to keep assets available and properly maintained across the network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fleet management, asset management, or related roles.
• Experience with Class 8 equipment or dry van trailers preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations governing trailers and CMV.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full asset lifecycle from specification to disposal.
• Monitor fleet utilization, uptime, and total cost of ownership.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspects, and repair turnaround times.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and licensing/registrations.
• Engage with vendors and OEMs to optimize procurement and service levels.
