Job summary

The State of Florida, through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, is seeking an OPS support professional to assist surplus vehicle and asset processing in Tallahassee. The position is limited to up to 20 hours per week, with morning hours and strict recordkeeping expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with DMS for asset disposition, submitting insurance invoices, and maintaining FleetWave data, while providing reliable clerical support and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Criminal history check (fingerprint-based) required.
• Office hours 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST, Mon–Fri; not eligible for Telework.
• Respondents must verify skills/experience in profile and resume.

Responsibilities

• Administer and submit surplus vehicle requests with complete documentation.
• Coordinate with DMS for asset disposition and surplus processing.
• Prepare and submit insurance invoices for timely payment.
• Assist with data entry and FleetWave system updates.
• Manage title filing and registrations per state requirements.
