Job summary

Sci Corp in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Fleet Analyst to support reporting, cost control and policy compliance for the company fleet. You will analyze vehicle inventories, maintenance costs, and resale values to maximize net gains and uptime.

You will leverage advanced Access skills and MS Office tools to provide data-driven insights, collaborate with Wheels, Inc. and ensure adherence to vehicle policies and procurement rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Five (5) years of fleet analysis experience
• Advanced Microsoft Access skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills; knowledge of fleet industry

Responsibilities

• Supports fleet reporting processes including financial reporting, invoices, and audits for vehicle leases, sales, fuel, maintenance and repairs.
• Supports programs for fueling, maintenance assistance and accident management to reduce costs and improve uptime.
• Compiles and reports fleet data on inventory, trends, usage, expenses and resale values for analysis.
• Analyzes vehicle inventory count and age to optimize inventory size and disposition decisions.
• Estimates Fair Market Value of used company vehicles prior to resale and assists with actual sales when needed.
• Provides Fair Market Retail Values and Annual Lease Values for personal use tax calculations.
• Researches fleet industry resources to identify cost-effective services and tools.
• Follows the automotive fleet policy and vehicle selector guidelines for acquiring and replacing fleet vehicles.
