Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of fleet/operations experience or an Associate’s with four years in business administration, fleet management, or operations.
• Knowledge of FMIS and regulatory reporting requirements (EPA/MassDEP).
• Strong organizational, record-keeping, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet analytics, reporting, and driver compliance programs.
• Coordinate fleet data processing, billing, and data reconciliation.
• Administer FMIS and telematics platforms; develop training materials for users.
• Coordinate vehicle acquisition, disposition, and registration processes.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and MASS DEP regulations and support audits.
