Qualifications

  • Create, verify, and export daily virtual shift tickets.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and utilization.
  • Translate fleet performance data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and management on process improvements.
  • Maintain organized records related to fleet operations and reporting.
  • Perform other duties to support fleet objectives.

The Fleet Analyst plays a key role in supporting daily trucking operations by monitoring fleet activity, analyzing performance data, and ensuring accurate reporting of driver and equipment usage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Utilize company tracking systems to maintain, monitor, and report on fleet activity and driver records.

Administer and maintain the FleetWatcher Material Delivery Solutions (MDS) platform, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity.

Monitor real-time fleet activity and communicate issues, irregularities, or infractions to management in a timely manner.

Create, verify, and export virtual shift tickets on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Provide recommendations to management based on data analysis to support operational efficiency and equipment utilization.

Translate fleet performance data into clear insights, including potential financial or productivity impacts.

Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and management teams to support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Maintain organized records and documentation related to fleet operations and reporting.

Perform other duties as assigned in support of fleet and operational objectives.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
