Job summary

Victory Equipment and Services in Cincinnati is seeking a Fleet Allocation Specialist to manage a 5,000+ trailer and chassis fleet and serve as the primary contact for rental and return requests. You will guide customers in making informed trailer decisions while maintaining precise fleet records.

You will collaborate with Maintenance and Escalations, support dormancy and utilization assessments, and contribute to strategic fleet asset decisions with a strong customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle rental trailer requests and returns from customers
• Maintain & develop strong relationships with contacts at trailer vendors
• Assist customers in trailer dormancy and utilization assessments
• Manage internal fleet records and perform audits regularly of active trailers
• Work internally with the Maintenance and Escalations team when needed
• Assist in the claims process in regard to trailer damage
• Provide strategic decisions and direction with fleet assets
