EquipmentShare is seeking a Fleet Allocation Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. The role focuses on coordinating fleet logistics, ensuring branch inventory aligns with demand, and building relationships with manufacturers.

You will work with regional fleet managers and local branches to optimize asset utilization, improve processes, and support our mission to transform construction through technology.

Qualifications

• Construction industry knowledge preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
• You're a great listener and care about solving problems.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to change.
• High level of integrity, trust, and confidentiality required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency, develop new processes, and roll-out of company initiatives.
• Inventory management of construction equipment.
• Support fleet logistics by identifying what equipment is needed at branches across the United States.
• Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers.
• Analyze dashboards and assess utilization needs at branches across the United States.
