Job summary

Victory Equipment and Services is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to oversee safety and compliance for a large trailer fleet. You will be the primary contact for customers on maintenance requests and inspections, helping them make informed trailer decisions while keeping meticulous records.

You will collaborate with Rentals and Escalations teams, assist in the claims process for trailer damage, and review invoices for accuracy as part of ensuring reliable fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle Maintenance requests and assist customers with issues while assets are over the road.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with contacts at Maintenance vendors.
• Assist customers with creating maintenance schedules to maintain compliance.
• Manage internal fleet records and perform audits regularly of active trailers.
• Work internally with the Rentals and Escalations team when needed.
• Assist in the claims process in regard to trailer damage.
• Review and approve maintenance invoices for billing and claims accuracy.

As the Maintenance Specialist for Victory & Equipment Services, you will help manage safety and compliance for a fleet of 5,000+ semi-trailers and chassis. You will be the point person for customers with all maintenance and inspection requests for trailers. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting customers in making informed decisions with trailers, keeping clean records, and making strategic choices with fleet assets.
