Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance report and send to terminals.
• Update vehicle inspections, registrations, and insurance in the Fleet Maintenance Software.
• Enter invoices into the fleet management system.
• Coordinate vehicle registrations, license plates, and stickers.
• Add/update units in Fleet Management, ELD, and trailer tracking software.
• Ensure trailer tracking devices and ELDs are connected and functional.
• Schedule repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with onboarding vehicles.
• Monitor fleet costs and ensure adherence to budget.
• Assist the Fleet Director as necessary.
• Execute assignments and meet deadlines.
• Import & export cargo document preparation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an individual to assist with daily fleet operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete daily maintenance report and send to the terminals.
• Update vehicle inspections, registration, insurance, and all documents in the Fleet Maintenance Software in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Enter invoices into fleet management system.
• Coordinate vehicle registrations, license plates, and stickers.
• Adding and updating units in the Fleet Management software, ELD software and trailer tracking software.
• Ensure trailer tracking devices and ELDs are connected and in good working order.
• Schedule repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Assist with onboarding vehicles.
• Assist with monitoring fleet costs and ensuring they remain in line with the budget.
• Assist the Fleet Director, as necessary.
• Execute assignments and meet deadlines.
• Import & export cargo document preparation.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as assigned.
