Job summary

McGee Air Services is hiring a Fleet Agent in Los Angeles to ensure aircraft cabins and crew spaces are clean, safe, and well stocked between flights. The role supports on-time departures and a comfortable passenger experience, requiring physical activity, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with cross-department collaboration, including ramp and cabin crew, to meet tight turnaround times.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate safe work habits.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to obtain airport SIDA badge and US Customs seal.
• Ability to work any shift, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize passenger cabins, seats, tray tables, armrests, and windows.
• Clean and disinfect lavatories and galleys; restock supplies.
• Empty trash; handle waste and biohazard clean-up using PPE and disinfectants.
• Restock cabin items and maintain inventory of cleaning materials.
• Operate, clean, and perform routine checks on cleaning equipment; report malfunctions.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize passenger cabins, includingseats,seatback pockets, tray tables, armrests, overhead bins, carpets, and windows.
• Clean and disinfect lavatories and galleys; restock supplies such as soap, toilet paper, sanitarybagsandtowels.
• Empty trash receptacles in lavatories,galleys, and flight deck; ensure proper disposal of waste and handling of biohazard or spill clean-up using PPE and approved disinfectants.
• Restock cabin items such as pillows, blankets, magazines, amenity kits, and safety cards;maintaininventory of cleaning materials and cabin supplies.
• Operate, clean, and perform routine checks on cleaning equipment; report any equipment malfunctions or inventory shortages.
• Followstandardoperatingprocedures (SOPs), safetystandardsand security procedures.
• Collaborate with ramp, catering, and cabin crew to align cleaning activities within tight turnaround schedules.
• Performotherduties asassigned to support McGee’s successful business operation.

Qualifications

Required

• Mustalwaysdemonstratesafe work habits.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

• Lifting upto 75 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Proficiencyin English (written and spoken).
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and grasp.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills withtheability toget alongwith others.
• Ability to work at a constant and quick pace for up to two consecutive hours.
• Ability to understand and interpret flight schedules and airline flight destination information.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Mustbe authorized towork in the U.S.

Preferred

• Experience in cleaning, preferably within aviation or hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of sanitization, disinfection, and proper use of cleaning chemicals & PPE.
