McGee Air Services is seeking a Fleet Agent to ensure aircraft cabins and crew spaces are clean, safe, and fully stocked between flights. This role requires physical activity, adherence to safety standards, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
You will coordinate with ramp and cabin crew to align cleaning activities with tight turnaround schedules while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards on every flight.

Lifting/Carrying: Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 75 pounds or more. This often involves carrying supplies and equipment on stairs and into confined aircraft cabins.
Movement: Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, squatting, crawling, and twisting for extended periods (up to 8-hour shifts or more). Ability to climb stairs/ladders and work in cramped or high places. Manual dexterity required for handling documents and operating equipment.
Vision/Hearing: Clear vision (including depth perception and peripheral vision) and hearing are required for monitoring flight information, communication via radio/headsets, and safety compliance in a noisy environment.
Outdoor Exposure: The job is performed in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Noise and Environment: The work environment is very noisy, near active aircraft engines and ground support machinery, and may involve exposure to fumes, dust, and other airborne particles. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is usually provided and required.
This position is part of a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Per the CBA, work schedules are awarded based on seniority. New hires are awarded their initial shift based on operational need. Therefore, the company cannot guarantee certain days off.
