Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is hiring a motivated Admin Support in Oklahoma City. The role handles data entry, scheduling of repairs, customer service, client communications, parts inventory, and safety/compliance tasks while occasionally transporting vehicles and performing garage/office cleaning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supportive role.
• Parts inventory knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Knowledge of records management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of parts requests and documents.
• Prepare and sort parts requests and ensure data accuracy.
• Contact preparers to resolve data issues.
• Verify data accuracy (unit numbers, VINs, work orders).
• Maintain an effective records management system.
• Generate reports and respond to inquiries about data.
• Handle general clerical duties and phone/email interactions.
• Some vehicle transporting and client interaction.
