Job summary

Custom Flavors is seeking a Production Operator III to join our brand-new facility in NC. You will create small flavor pours, assemble raw materials, and start product batches according to formulas.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 6 months flavor batching experience, and forklift certification. You will work Monday-Thursday 6:00 am–4:30 pm, with some alternate shifts, and support QA by ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of flavor batching experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Create small pours for flavor batches and assemble raw materials.
• Start and complete product batches according to formula; label boxes.
• Operate forklift and maintain accurate records.
• Inspect containers and packaging to meet specifications; ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Support Packaging and Production teams as needed to meet daily goals.
