Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or logistics.
• Basic knowledge of lab weighing, sample preparation, and material-handling.
• Ability to follow batch sheets and SOPs accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory or sample-tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, document, and ship domestic and international sample packages.
• Maintain accurate raw-material and finished-goods inventory via replenishment and counts.
• Receive, move, stage, store, and replenish materials for lab operations.
• Prepare samples by weighing ingredients and operating lab equipment per batch sheets.
• Fulfils flavor sample requests and schedules compounding orders using systems.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Control, Production and teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain documentation and a safe, clean, organized work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on department needs.
