Denali Ingredients in New Berlin, Wisconsin, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform in-process and finished product testing, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer specifications. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

The candidate will conduct flavor and color checks, manage sample logistics, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across QA and manufacturing processes.

Qualificações

• 2 years of college and 1–2 years of related experience preferred
• Or 4-year high school diploma and 3–5 years of progressively responsible related experience
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret safety rules, production schedules and procedures

Responsabilidades

• Conduct standardized tests on intermediate and finished food products to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Check the metal detector to ensure proper operation; report malfunctions.
• Gather retention, microbiological and control samples from raw materials and finished products.
• Prepare microbiological sample composites and paperwork for pickup by laboratory.
• Examine and approve product labels prior to production run.
• Place product on hold and assist with investigations as needed.
