Synergy Flavors, Inc. in Hamilton, OH seeks an Extraction Operator to manage the extraction department in a flavors manufacturing facility.

You will set up, monitor and control blending, extraction and filtration processes, maintain hygienic practices, and document batch data to specifications. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating PLC-controlled equipment, following GMP and HACCP guidelines, and working overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven safety awareness and knowledge of quality processes (GMPs & Allergens).
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and read batch paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Set up, and control extraction processes including blending, extraction and filtration.
• Operate hygienic equipment per SOPs and document results.
• Tend and monitor solvent extraction equipment and observe gauges to regulate temperature and flow.
• Complete sanitation schedules and assist with packaging to specifications.
• Maintain records and batch sheets; follow CIP and cleaning procedures.
