Prospect Capital Restaurants, a Wing Stop franchisee, is hiring a Shift Lead for our Eatontown location. You will manage daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and uphold quality and safety while supporting the team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of experience as a restaurant shift lead.
• Open availability including holidays, weekends, opening and closing shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Wingstop operations to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver excellent customer service and operational results.
• Train and direct team members while assisting in goals set by management.
• Maintain brand representation in a professional manner and ensure safety.
