Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervise shift operations, including cashier or cook tasks, while guiding staff.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Train newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Wingstop crew member.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding service and are greeted and acknowledged.
• Train newer or less experienced crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
• Practice inventory control standards.
• Enforce store policies and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant and meet required work hours.
• Manage and motivate crew members.
• Coordinate breaks effectively.
• Assemble and package orders according to Wingstop standards.
• Assist other positions when necessary.
• Keep kitchen and dining room clean throughout the shift.
• Ensure health and safety consciousness among crew members.
• Resolve customer issues with efficiency and a positive attitude.
