Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Kitchen Cook in New Jersey to prepare quality food and maintain Wingstop standards. You will focus on safe cooking, accurate order execution, and a fast, friendly guest experience in a busy kitchen.

Basic experience in cooking is preferred; food safety certification is required. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow with a popular flavor brand.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification required.
• Professional cooking: 1 year (Preferred).
• Line cook: 1 year (Preferred).
• Cook and restaurant experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest has a positive Wingstop experience.
• Ability to practice safe cooking procedures.
• Scan and comprehend order tickets quickly.
• Count wings, boneless wings and strips accurately for each order.
• Coordinate cooking times and fries with the timer.
• Sauce, season and package all orders per Wingstop standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized; follow safety rules.
• Notify Manager on Duty of safety or sanitation issues.
