Job summary

Wingstop in Dundalk, MD is seeking a friendly cashier to take orders, ring up purchases, and communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure guests receive their orders on time.

Upsell menu items, process cash, card, and gift transactions, verify ages for alcohol where applicable, and balance the cash drawer at shift end. Keep the Front of House clean and stocked, follow safety guidelines, and help guests have a positive Wingstop experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cashier in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred.
• Food handler certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person or by phone.
• Process cash, card, and gift card transactions accurately.
• Upsell menu items and maintain knowledge of promotions.
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean Front of House and safe working area.
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.
