Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a cashier to greet customers, take orders, and support both front and back of house in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on accuracy, speed, and guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

You will handle transactions, upsell menu items, and assist kitchen staff as needed, contributing to a positive Wingstop experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and taking orders.
• Process orders in person and over the phone; upsell and know menu items.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards; verify ages for alcohol.
• Answer questions and provide menu recommendations to customers.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
• Maintain a clean Front of House area and assist kitchen as needed.
