Job summary

Wingstop is hiring a Crew Member to deliver World Class service to guests in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You may work in front of house greeting guests, taking orders, and upselling, or in back of house assisting with wing preparation, packaging and order delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, handling transactions, and providing a positive Wingstop experience. Prior restaurant experience is preferred; physical stamina required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and taking calls.
• Take orders in person and over the phone; upsell and know menu items.
• Handle cash/credit/gift transactions; verify age for alcohol.
• Assist in maintaining a clean FOH and BOH; follow safety guidelines.
• Prepare wings, sauces, and sides; package and deliver orders with accuracy.
• Balance register at shift end and hand off to the next team member.
• Support managers with daily operations and guest experiences.
