Job summary

Wingstop is hiring a Crew Member to deliver World Class service and flavor to guests. You will greet guests, take orders in person or by phone, and ensure accurate preparation of wings and sides with a positive attitude.

You may work in front of house or back of house, assisting with food prep, packaging, and delivering orders to guests. The role requires teamwork, strong customer focus, and a willingness to maintain a clean, safe, and friendly restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality mindset and willingness to help guests.
• 1 year restaurant experience preferred.
• Professional, polite, and reliable under stress.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and taking calls.
• Place orders in-person or over the phone; upsell and know menu items.
• Handle cash/credit/gift card transactions and verify age for alcohol.
• Answer questions and recommend menu items.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and package correctly for delivery.
