Job summary

Synergy Flavors (OH) LLC is seeking a Compounder to join our Hamilton, OH production team. You will weigh ingredients, operate mixers and blending equipment, and model batch accuracy in a fast-paced facility. This role requires adherence to GMPs, safety procedures, and precise documentation.

Candidate must have HS diploma, comfort with basic math, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Shift is 3rd, Mon-Fri 11pm-7:30am, onsite with a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a $21.50 base hourly rate plus $1.50

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED Preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs, allergens, and safety practices.
• Ability to wear PPE including steel-toed shoes, safety goggles, and mask.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow batching instructions to weigh ingredients.
• Operate/monitor mixers, spray dryers, and blending tanks.
• Take batch samples and coordinate lab testing.
• Complete batch sheets and ensure safety documentation.
• Maintain sanitary CIP processes and accurate records.
