Beck Flavors, Inc. offers an immersive Flavor Chemistry Internship where students gain hands-on experience by working alongside Beck employees on flavor creation, product development, and flavor manufacturing.

You will assist with compounding flavors, finished product development samples, regulatory and QA document requests, and production batches while learning GC-MS and other analytical techniques from senior flavorists.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Intermediate math skills including fractions.

Responsabilités

• Assist with compounding liquid and powder flavors (spray dried, plated).
• Assist with finished product development samples.
• Assist Regulatory and QA with document requests and testing.
• Assist with manufacturing production batches.
• Learn flavor development and analytical techniques (GC-MS) from senior flavorists.
