Job summary

Synergy Flavors, part of the Carbery Group, is seeking a compounder for our production facility. You will add raw materials, follow formulas, and complete production orders while ensuring accurate documentation and strict food safety practices.

You will measure ingredients, lift heavy drums with PPE, transfer materials, and monitor temperatures to ensure consistent mixes. You will also sample, test, and complete batch paperwork in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience following standard batching instructions.
• Ability to lift heavy drums and bags.
• Documentation and batch sheets accuracy.
• Follow CIP and cleaning guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard batching instructions to measure ingredients.
• Lifting of heavy drums and bags while wearing proper PPE.
• Transfer materials, set up equipment, utilize piping and parts efficiently.
• Strictly follow equipment monitoring to control temperatures and mix consistency.
• Sample and test for attributes from mixes after completion.
• Filling out batch sheets and paperwork that accompany mixes.
• Adhere to safety policies and perform duties safely.
