Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent reading and writing skills in English
• Excellent math skills for weights and measures of ingredients
• Certified operating a forklift
• 5-8 years confectionary/food industry flavor blending experience
• Basic Microsoft Office computer skills and SAP computer skills
• Intermediate problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Produce blended flavors and flavor components per standards
• Load trucks and containers with finished flavors
• Complete batch tickets, production orders, SAP transactions accurately and on time
• Inspect outgoing containers for FDA, GMP, HACCP, customer and company specifications
• Unload trucks and tankers of flavor components in compliance with standards
• Maintain shipping and receiving documentation and SAP records
