Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work with PLC/distributive computer controls.
• Knowledge of basic mathematics, physics, and chemistry.
• Flavor industry desired.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to equipment SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation requirements.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE to ensure a safe workplace.
• Operate production equipment to produce high quality product efficiently.
• Use facility computer programs to maintain process and material data.
• Label materials and ensure proper storage to prevent contamination.
• Document quantities, lot numbers, yields, and metal detection results.
• Maintain sanitation logs and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Participate in continuous improvement and training activities.
