Job summary

CMC is seeking a professional truck driver to deliver products to customers, contractors and jobsites within the region. The role requires a valid Class A CDL, at least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience, and strict adherence to safety rules.

You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, use ELDs and dashcams, and maintain accurate logs while working flexible hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License.
• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience (3 years flatbed OTR preferred).
• Ability to pass DOT physicals and drug testing.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• No DUI/DWI within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery paperwork and communicate load or timing issues with dispatch, sales, and customers.
• Deliver products to customers, contractors, and jobsites within the region.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Load, secure, and deliver cargo safely and on time.
• Maintain vehicle service and repair logs in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Operate vehicles using Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) and safety dashcams (training provided).
