Here's How It Works

• HAUL-iday Pay: An extra .05 cents per LOADED mile during this period.
• $10,000 Orientation Pay:
• Week 1 - $1,500
• Week 2 - $1,200
• 120 Day - $2,300
• 180 Day - $5,000
• Eligibility Dates: 1/1/2025 to 3/31/2025

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in Base Pay + OD Pay & an annual $0.01 CPM Tenure Pay Increase + an Extra .05 cents per LOADED Mile (1/1 - 3/31)
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased Weekly Minimum Pay: 30 Days - 2 Years = $1,200; 2+ Years = $1,300

Loyalty Pay for CDL-A Flatbed Drivers

• New Drivers: $.53 CPM base pay
• 1-Year Loyalty: $.54 CPM
• 2-Years Loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus but not required
