Join Montgomery Transport as a CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver and enjoy the support and flexibility we offer! We provide various commodities and lanes, and you can choose your pay structure: percentage or CPM. Our 'Freedom to Choose' fleet offers steady freight, excellent support, maximized home time, and earning potential of $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

We appreciate your dedication and hard work, especially during the holiday season, which is why we continue to offer our HAUL-iday Pay.

Here's How It Works

• HAUL-iday Pay: An extra .05 cents per loaded mile during the promotion period.
• $10,000 Orientation Pay, distributed as follows:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,200
• 120 Days: $2,300
• 180 Days: $5,000
• Eligibility Dates: 1/1/2025 to 3/31/2025

Driver Compensation and Benefits

• Pay options:
• Base Pay: $0.53 - $0.55 CPM + OD Pay + $0.01 CPM annual increase + extra .05 cents per loaded mile (1/1 - 3/31)
• OR 27% of line haul
• Weekly minimum pay after 30 days:
• 2 years or less: $1,200
• Over 2 years: $1,300

Home Time and Routes

Our Midwest Regional Route ensures drivers are HOME EVERY WEEKEND. Drivers typically receive a guaranteed 34 hours of home time, averaging 46-53 hours.

We use analytics to track and maximize your home time, ensuring a better work-life balance.

Loyalty Pay

• Base pay starts at $.53 CPM
• 1-year loyalty: $.54 CPM
• 2-year loyalty: $.55 CPM

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus
